Depends.
I think Glenn Thomas or Joe Brady is the OC.
If Geoff is correct that’s a splash hire and not a buddy
Elijah robinson is a splash and buddy hire
Mickey is a “splash” in that you don’t lose him and he’ll get paid if he stays. Same for Busch.

OL is the one spot he just needs to go out and make the best possible hire he can.

If the assistant pool is under 7 mil I don’t think you have the room to make splash hires.

OC and DC both probably take around 1.5 mil
5 mil let for 8 spots. That gives you about 625k. Decent amount but not steal good coaches amount.especially if Mickey takes a million to close to it
