This from Dean:
Omaha Central tackle Caleb Pyfrom added an offer from Penn State on Sunday. Nebraska has yet to visit Central to see Pyfrom in December or January. You have to think they will be there soon.

This strikes me as odd. The staff made the effort to visit Doniphan-Trumbull, Wahoo Neumann, Cross County, etc., but they haven't stopped at Omaha Central yet?!? What's the deal with that? Especially since they've made the rounds in Omaha several times by now. Or is Dean being inaccurate here?

Pretty sure Tony White did a tour of the Omaha schools last week.

I have to imagine some conversations have already started about taking the Lincoln Riley path and easing some kids off of the 85 limit without them losing financial support. Imagine there are some guys who don't have their hearts and it and would welcome that. Competition in the spring is going to be intense no matter what tho.

According to Dean's chart they are already over by 10 with IGC and Sherman included.

The 3 visitors are all takes, or they wouldn't be visiting 14.
Portal guys (OL, TE, DL?, ILB?) 16-18?
So, around 20 guys that will have to be gone by Fall.

They are recruiting like there is no limit now, but I can't see them doing it without some sort of plan though they are way to organized for that.
Like others have said there are some tough conversations to be had.
Players have today and tomorrow to still enter the portal then again in May.
Graduate transfers, and Medical scholarships.
They also have the "Riley Rule" for those who want to take it.

Still, it's potentially almost 20 guys that need to go so it will definitely be an interesting watch.
