I have no interest in his opinion on other head coaches. The only thing I want to hear is his opinion on assistants for his staff.

I know it is fun to get caught up in the hype but something needs to be pointed out....

When Urban was near microphones as an NFL coach talking to other coaches he could be heard saying how much he liked the NFL better because he "didn't have to make any recruiting calls"

If he was being honest and not just shooting the shit, then that spells trouble for getting back into the college game where recruiting year round and from the portal has become the rule and not the exception.

If he wants to coach football and go out on a high note he's probably limited to the college game. Big failure dealing with the NFL players. Sometimes we miss something after we find out the grass isn't always greener.

Osborne forced us to hire Solich and when he was AD hired Pelini. Neither one of them set the world on fire. TO was a hell of a coach but failed as AD and meddler in the program when it came to hiring and firing
