1. Congrats. I had 2 under 2 briefly, now 3.5 and 2. Both boys.
2. My sincere and heartfelt condolences for having to do a gender reveal. My God have mercy on your dark soul.
Gender reveal parties are as low as human civilization has gone.

Congrats on the sects though.

Well we didn't have a party or anything, just had our neighbor take a vid so we could have something to send to our families and friends since none of them live in the same state as us. Maybe a little gayish but it was a legitimate moment of surprise that was cool for us.

1st Child - I wanted to know, my wife didn't....I found out, and kept it to myself the entire time. Baby popped out, Doc said "It's a boy." I was stoked, like fuck yeah, you fuckers were wrong. Then I see the anesthesiologist shaking his head nope, that's a girl. Thanks Doc.

2nd Child - No one found out, girl.

3rd Child - We both found out, no gender reveal shit. Girl.

4th Child - We both found out, the 3 girls ran around at my in laws spraying blue silly string on each other. I guess that was our attempt at at a gender reveal. I wanted no part of it. But I finally got a boy.

I'm fixing to try a 4th time for that boy, and if that one ain't it then I'm just gonna stick with my girls.

It is fun... 2,4,5

Went girl boy girl. They are all really close and going are getting to the point where we can do a lot of fun things with them.
My kids are pretty close to the same. The girl just turned 6. The boys are 4 and 2. At this point boys are much more needy than girls I can tell you that.

I was of the same attitude. Would have been fine with another girl. The boy as a baby sucked. He's like 17 months now, but his first 12...ugh. Colic, ear infections, wouldn't sleep. Just a complete asshole. If he was first, would have been the only.

Congrats brother! My daughter turns 1 here in a few weeks. Major heart melter. Loves to smile and laugh and crawl like she's running. Hoping for a boy on the next go around but being a girl dad has been much cooler than I ever thought it would be

Congrats man.

I wouldn’t be so sure you’re getting a raw deal.

My daughter was so easy as a toddler and is still easy as a kindergartner. Super sweet. Rule follower. Independent.

My son is 2 and is an absolute maniac. An unstoppable force of nature who answers to nobody and apologizes for nothing.

He breaks everything he comes in contact with. Kicks the shit out of every other toddler he meets. Escapes our house no matter how many locked and dead bolted doors we put between him and the outside world. Climbed like 12 feet into a cedar tree the other day. Rides our dogs like they are horses. Head butted his uncle so hard he broke his nose. His uncles nose. Then the little turd laughed about it as he watched a grown man bleed and scream in agony. Requires a trip to the ER on a monthly basis for suspected broken bones and concussions but honestly we just stopped taking him so CPS doesn’t think we’re beating him.

It’s not always easy in the boy world.

Kids gonna be a badass though, that’s for sure.

I’ve learned to keep my head on a swivel with all my kids. Once was enough of getting my nose hit.

Don't make excuses. Just suffer the consequences of your poor decision.

I thought that when my kids were that age too. She's 17 now. I actually think the demonic possession that took control of her at 13 has finally left.

Goes faster and faster. @Elizabeth Reed I would bet at his age there doesn't even seem to be waking hours. Get up from bed. Eat. Go back to sleep.

We got married 9-5-92. Second marriage for both Mrs Bomber and I. Blended family, she has two boys/one girl and I had one each. Five year gap between the five of them.

Current ages 36 thru 41. We’ve had three 40th birthday parties in the past twenty months (the three boys). The girls are currently 36 & 38 and were (and still are) a piece of cake.

As far as JimBob’s guessing about my daily routine, he couldn’t be more spot on. Look forward to my morning bathroom visit, watching The Price is Right at 10 and then hitting the Walgreens Rx drive-thru as my meds need refills.

What is this nap-thing you speak of ??

Sounds about right.

Oldest daughter is sweet as peaches. A little emotionally fragile but tough as nails physically. Sweetheart, super intelligent, her mind blows me away every day for a 2 year old.

My current youngest and soon to be middle daughter is a rebel without a cause. Was / is the most difficult baby and toddler in about every imaginable respect. She's just an absolute spitfire (has been since she was born) and gets a golf ball size goose egg on her head once or more a week. I reckon someday she'll graduate to ER trips, and I'm fairly certain she'll be the toughest boy in her class. She's 1 and bullies her older sister.

Congrats OP.

I’ve got a 7 month old boy and my wife has her birth control scheduled to be removed next month…
