Yeah. This is much more feasible to do with no limits on assistant coaches, which is a recent rule change.

I have no strong opinions on any of these hires, but I guess no one will be following them from their previous jobs to help fill our depleted defense.

This is what im thinking. Butler can recruit and do all the harder work, Snow is pretty old. But Snow is a great gameplanner and defensive mind.
