I've never listened to a podcast... and this certainly won't be my first. The cliffs here and elsewhere will be more than a good enough summary.

Frost will do himself no good going on air to defend himself/blame others. He should let it be, and go enjoy his many millions somewhere warm with a quiet beach and palm trees. That's what I would do. Would go enjoy myself and lay back.

Frost's agent really needs to pull him aside and tell him to leave this alone and get his shit together.

This won't endear him to anyone. So many in the coaching community were turned off by his misplaced arrogance. This will backfire.

He needs to reflect on why he sucked, own it, and try to get back as an AC/OC and move on with his life.

Bingo and well said. At the very least he'll be smart to wait until that final check clears. There are surely clauses on his contract about doing anything to harm the university's reputation.

It's surely not a coincidence that Pelini waited until his final check cleared and his career was over before he did his "tell-all" podcast appearances.
