my Dad just seed drilled in 25 lbs of Dutch White Clover, 25 lbs of Red Clover, 25 lbs of Marshal ryegrass, 100 lbs of Fescue 31 (pasture strain not lawn) and 10 lbs of expensive as fuck warm season grass blend of Big Bluestem, Little Bluestem, Eastern Gamagrass and Indiangrass. ($20/lbs)

Got in a little afternoon hike in this afternoon up here in the Black Hills. Beautiful dadgummed area.



We did get the pre-hike warning that bears and mountain lion have been active in the area. The freshly chewed deer leg that we encountered confirmed that warning, and I’m happy to report an incident free day in the woods.
