Not gonna answer specifically but we have very few expenses. Paid off our mortgages this winter with the sale of one property. No car payments. Looking to buy land currently - investment but needs to have deer, turkeys would be a bonus.

We live in north KC suburbs, hunt in Kansas mostly now. I'm open, but really like the land in south central KS around where we hunt - Toronto, Yates Center, Fredonia - It's areas 12 & 14 for deer. Northeast KS closer to home would be great too.
