Site Stuff Threads not taking me to unread posts

That's always happened to me on this site. If it is a thread I haven't clicked on in a while, it takes me to the start of the thread. Only this site have I seen that happen. Like maybe after a while the cookie (or whatever tracker keeps track of the last post in a thread you got to) falls off or is gone, so wherever I was in a thread, after a while that info isn't there so it takes me to the start of the thread. But it has to be a thread I haven't been to in a while (like an older thread that got bumped or something).

This has been happening to me for quite a while. Not a big deal most of the time. Still better than Dean's Adfest.

I'm having an issue today where when I click on a thread it's taking me to the very first post instead of my most recent unread one like it's supposed to. Is this happening to anyone else?

That’s my fault. I disabled it because I thought it was the issue but it must not be. I’ll turn it back on

I just upgraded us to the newest Xenforo version. Hopefully that will help
