Starting pitching is not the Braves’ issue. Schwelly coming up now is very out of the blue but an on brand move for AA and the front office.

I’m not sure what to make of this move. Schwelly had been absolutely shoving at high A and two starts in double A. He was scheduled to make a start in triple A Gwinnett before they pulled him up.

I could see this being trade bait.

A couple redhsirts have been told.

We have around 20 incoming, not counting the portal. 8 guys exhaust their eligibility. Caron to the MLB draft. So that's at least 9 spots needing to clear.

I won't potentially discuss guys that actually play till the season is over.
