I think putting it in the agreement (from my experience in contracts/compliance) makes it more so set in stone that is has to be in a separate account just for haymarket instead of a general fund.Saying the money will be reinvested into haymarket is kind of a given right?
Nebraska doesn’t own the stadium or rights to run concessions.
I’m sure they’ll get there usual % cut and claim the rest will be “reinvested” which always just goes to normal every day stadium maintenance
IIRC Nebraska gets a cut from the concession sales and that currently doesn't have to go back into the field but into the baseball budget. I could be wrong on the budget aspect.
