I don't think there is any bias.

They are just legitimately the worst refs in basketball. I don't know how they keep getting worse every year.

I'll say this. The officiating was MUCH better in football, specifically as it pertains to Nebraska. In some moments, I felt like they favored us.

They at least didn't seem hell bent on calling un-deserved penalties since the 1st time we joined the B1G

The models have us projected to finish 17-14. That’s perfectly acceptable and I would say given the talent level, is a good job all the way around.

Finish not terrible, build on some of the promising guys you have with the portal, and most importantly kick the can down the road

This is exactly right. I hope he has a game where he goes off and we see a different CJ moving forward. We desperately need another scorer.

His shot is too pure for him to be shooting as poorly as he is, especially from the free throw line. I hope him coming off the bench the next few games (like he did at the end of last season when he went on a terror) brings that CJ back.

Somewhat OT - but it was refreshing to see Fred pick up that T and show some fire on the sidelines. I think he's finally in a good spot with this current administration and the AD just isn't a figurehead collecting a check and not giving a fuck about what happens in his department.

free throws at the end of the game summed it up. He was at the line looking scared plus he stood there at the line thinking all the while waiting on everyone to line up. Greisel or some player should have gone up and talked to him. Get him off the line and his mind off of his free throw issues. It's like icing a kicker in football. DOn't let him think about it for that long when he is strugglign with confidence. He clanked the first one.

He just doesn't have the foot speed or athletic ability to be a top flight Power5 player. Wilcher is a good outside shooter but that is all he has. Not fast enough to defend or be a problem with quick cuts. Jam him on the 3 Pt Line and he has no offensive weapons. Can't create his own shots. Limited on defense due to slow feet and little vertical.
