And I still would be worried.

I would always pick him when using the old school players.I forgot about Clyde the glide, a childhood favorite. Nice drop
I saw him at Roca Berry Farm the first season he was here with his wife and kid. Very short. Ate a funnel cake. Seemed out of place. All I have.I've heard this from more than one person. One is a significant basketball donor.
As long as Abdelmassian…or whatever his name is…no longer has his fingers in the program the better we will be.
Guy was a complete cancer in the program.

I think at this point you pray Trey comes back. We won't get any of the good remaining transfers and any that we do get won't be an upgrade on him now.Anyone else a bit worried?

I don’t see much improvement. Maybe it’s just me.
Too short. Never trust a midget. What’s the deal with him? I mean, I figured he didn’t know more than maybe a good high school coach about basketball and he seemed like more of a super fan than a coach. But cancer is a strong word to use. What makes you say that ?
Eh idk… Will Trey just try to take over like his brother and prove his nba stock? We need team guys around here honestly. But in the end we will likely suck no matter what so if he wants back may as well.I think at this point you pray Trey comes back. Suffice to say, he did NOTHING to do with creating a culture of accountability and winning.I've heard this from more than one person. One is a significant basketball donor.
He provided zero coaching. Was/is an enabler for players to have no accountability both on and off the court. When Webster made his comments about the team...many of the things he was alluding to, were direct results of him. What’s the deal with him? Trey is a much better team guy compared to Bryce. He just unfortunately doesn't provide consistent offense period. But there's not much left out there in the portal that'll be better.Eh idk… Will Trey just try to take over like his brother and prove his nba stock? We need team guys around here honestly. Lat is gone. I'm not ready to mark Keisei down as a bust. Big step up from Ranger JUCO to the Big Ten.You have to tell Keisei and Lat to go and find a couple upgrades
Yeah. Any path to the NBA for trey is going to be a poor man's Matisse Thybulle. Plus defender, not all that useful on offense. I think if he comes back and gets his FT and 3 pt %'s up he's got an outside shot at a second round spot next yearTrey is a much better team guy compared to Bryce. ...and since Fred isn't big on confrontation at all, it was/is the perfect mix for the results we've experienced.
In fairness, he was here to recruit and his track record was/is impressive of getting NBA level talent into programs. He didn't hide that. I heard him talk about it multiple times in interviews. For whatever reason that didn't happen here....not enough collective talent to get Nebrasketball winning. Soooo, it was a pretty easy choice to let him walk based on that alone. Granted all the things you alluded definitely didn't help him either imo.He provided zero coaching. Was/is an enabler for players to have no accountability both on and off the court. Is Lat confirmed gone? I’ve just seen Robin mention he was thinking about going pro in Australia.Lat is gone. I'm not ready to mark Keisei down as a bust. Big step up from Ranger JUCO to the Big Ten.

It's like soccer. The number of leagues in the world is large. Anyone can be a pro if they're willing to ride a bus to small villages in IraqIt’s always amazed me how low the bar is for professional basketball overseas. If Lat can play pro in Australia, literally anyone can.
Hell, Jack McVeigh averaged 12 pts a game this past season. It’s always amazed me how low the bar is for professional basketball overseas. If Lat can play pro in Australia, literally anyone can.
