Sign Up Now!Agreed. However, Purdue and Cockeye are genuinely good three-point shooting teams, whereas A&M was not. Their hot shooting from beyond the arc during the tournament was a clear outlier compared to their performance throughout the season.
Why are we getting beaten so badly
I’m definitely not out on Loenser - he’s done a great job to this point and I think he’s incredibly smart and talentedI'm still in on Loenser. It's apparent to me that our D runs mostly on vibes at home.
It does much better at home bc when you're a road shooter, any slight difference can throw you off your game (different arena, tighter rims, bad hotel bed, home crowd, etc). NBA shooters know how to mentally deal with this. CBB shooters largely don't.
Loenser has a little false confidence in his D bc it works great at home. He needs to realize that it's the same D home and away. Ex. Cockeye/Purdue games.
It’s just a simulation. Who cares. Why are we getting beaten so badly
very dumb take and tiresome as wellDumb take

Probably the same guy as "Husker Insider" on X.very dumb take and tiresome as well
We just don’t have a threat shooting the 3 and a lot of the teams are forcing us to shoot deep while taking away the inside. The ability to generate is what’s killing us this year.

I like Fred and he doesn't embarrass our program w his conduct. We're putting SO much $$ into football I don't know that you can expect much more from Nebrasketball than that.
