Probably a 4-8 team give or take. Do we have the NIL $ to replace a whole team of that level of talent? We didn’t last year apparently. Maybe it will get easier. I like Rhule’s strategy but some of the guys leaving could help him get started, at least more so than whatever body with a pulse we find in the portal.

It doesn't make any sense ......Tannor is gone.....Jimari was the next in line....he was about to have his chance as a starter.

Unless he doesn't think he can change from 3-4 to 4-3 with his body type.....IDK.....this one pisses me off.

Playing time can't be the reason for Butler and guys like Hausmann both would be potential starters especially Butler and with the injury history with the starting LBs Hausmann would have started again at some point and would have played a lot regardless. I guess they must think they can get a better NIL deal with someone else or are using the portal as leverage to get more NIL from Nebraska. I know the Haussmans where big Frost guys, but it doesn't make a lot of sense just to transfer to a different team where there is little to no guarantee you're going to get to play.

Seems like the players and recruits who had ties to Frost besides just him being their coach are jumping ship. His friends aren't happy he was fired and their kids are bolting.
