He’s also currently in the college ranks though in an off-field position. Something tells me if we gave him an offer for an on-field coaching role he’d at least entertain it.

Oh my! I guess I have missed that piece to the puzzle. I'd assume that he wants to get back to the NFL, but I could certainly see an offer to him as QB coach here could also be enticing. Yup...he is now near the top of my wish list....
