Fleck came from the MAC and seems to be doing fine with less than we have, so not sure why the Sun belt thing is an issue

Frost is worse than Riley. How many times does it need to be said or quantified? Also, everyone needs to stop using Mike Riley as a measuring stick or excuse to not take the needed action.
