I don’t remember if it was both of them or just one of them. That whole episode was classic cringeworthy. If I remember correctly, it was gameday and Pelini was so hellbent on taking down ShortBus in the basement, that he totally blew the game. Don’t remember who we played, but if I remember correctly Pelini was so worked up, he went postal during the game.

I'm still shocked that people still follow Deano after the whole Bo/Cornhusker hotel debacle. It's pretty obvious that $Dean will throw his subscribers under the bus to protect his own ass.

The Cornhusker with Bo and Shortbis was a different incident than Sam/Mike Matya and Fake Krup. What happened there was Sam was full of shit(always) and nobody would dare touch him because Sean and Mike were buds with Sam and they thought that would get them to Barnstache Cotton. Well Fakekrup had his own account back then and got sick of Sam's shit and called him out. Little did Sam know that FakeKrups dad was a huge booster and was friends with many in North Stadium. Sam got reprimanded by Barney, publicly shamed and like the little man he is, cried to Mike. Mike gave Sam Fake krups info and Sam went berserk IRL sending hundreds of texts/emails threatening Fake Krup. It got so bad that Fake Krups dad, who is a lawyer or has high powered lawyers(idk) threatening to sue Sam, Mike and Dean. Dean had to ban Sam and Mike almost got fired. Fake Krup left his handle and started posting under mine, hence the name "Fake Krup". LH was involved and started to DM me and got me blacklist bant for over a year. I met Kevin, LH, at a tailgate once-he tried to smooze it over being a real douche. He's a sad pathetic wannabe that acts like a big shot I actually just laughed at him, reminded him that Lattimer made him legit cry and walked off.

Considering shortbus lived in Vegas at the time, and his first trip to Lincoln in 2010 was the Texas weekend - yes.

I am going to do something crazy as I wanted Bo gone and defend the guy. He was under belief shortbus being from Vegas was sniffing around his program for gambling reasons. The guy has never been a stop and think before react type leader. He is an emotion guy and immediately lashed out in an attempt to protect what he thought was a threat to the program.

Looking back, I can understand a lot of his meltdowns. I wasn’t always one to process before making a rash decision.

That said, it obviously effected his teams, especially later in his tenure.

Who was Ziolent, or something like that? If I recall right, I think he was a self-proclaimed insider as well. I just remember making fun of him on one of the boards and the next thing you knew, I had a personal e-mail from him telling me that I better stop or "there would be consequences".

I also remember on HPH some big deal about someone outing a "insider" who's real name was something like Darren Reszack or something like that. I can't remember the specifics, but there was a big dust up over that.

DR and h3 (Harold Harvey Hunter) got into it & h3 spread DR's personal information all over the place. h3 is a big time piece of shit. I've known DR for about 20 years & he's a great dude (it was his tailgate 2 blocks from the stadium shortbus came to after the Pelini/shortbus incident).

How did it all start? A member of the cable board had someone (or that member did it) sneak scout Western Kentucky at a couple of their practices, and via shortbus it got funneled to the NU Staff. Once Bo found out it came from someone that lived in Vegas, he assumed it was gambling related with players involved and was on the prowl to end it.

Bo called shortbus' room (it wasn't under his real name) and asked him to meet in the basement of the hotel the morning of the Texas game. So along with Carl (cant remember if Jamrog was with them) & the LPD Officer assigned to Bo on game days they all meet shortbus in the basement. Bo went absolutely batshit crazy yelling at shortbus and threatening him.

When shortbus showed up at our tailgate, he was visible upset. Shaken type upset. Think what you want about him, but he's a legit damn good dude that shared legit information for years to Husker fans. And all he was doing for the WKU game was to get our staff private information from a team with a first year Head Coach.

It was and still is a bad situation. Not just for those directly involved but the cover up by UNL, BOR's and damn near every journalist knew about it too but refused to talk (partly due to shortbus' requests).

It was never proven or discovered if SIA blew the cover on the room. It was rumored LH did, but then someone was able to pin it on the dude at the front desk or it was the manager that shared it with Jamrog.

Since our initial angry conversations, I’ve only had good conversations with shortbus since then. They get extra upset about their info getting out, which I understand. I feel like we are on the same page and are friendly with each other now.

I agree whole-heartedly on H3 being a big time piece of shit. I can't remember his name now, as it's been a lot of years, but there were two board members over at HPH that were married. They were a younger couple. I can't remember what he went by, but she went by Froggie. I met them at one of the get togethers at Lazlos and continued a friendship with the husband for a year or so. They were newer to the Dallas area and they had met Harold at the North Texans for Nebraska meetings and he had taken them under his wing. Harold ended up doing some pretty shady shit and ended up having an affair with Froggie and she eventually left her husband. Dude was devastated and left the board, which was the last time I heard from him.

I feel like I have posted and read so goddamn much on these goofy sites for almost 20 years now, and yet I'm not even remotely in the stratosphere of knowing all of the lore or remembering who is who. Let alone knowing anything about anyone in real life. That's a whole other level of 'boarding.

H3 was the worst. He ran a competing board that was full of sycophants who worshipped him and gave him license to indulge really toxic online behavior. Very strange stuff.

Having said that, I always liked one of his pals, The Fabulous Beekeeper. He had great taste in music and did an excellent job on that ESPN reality show that Mike Hall won to get a gig as a sportscaster (BeeKeeper probably deserved to win, but was older, which likely hurt him).
