This stadium is actually decent

I do enjoy going to games in smaller venues like that. Has a much different feel to it.

Would much rather be in a stadium that size than those that are 100K plus. I've been to Ann Arbor and Happy Valley and feel that their size dwarfs what is going down on the field. More bad seats than good ones and renovations needed to support the 100K.
