He's fallen victim into the classic trap of not winning enough games to protect himself. That's pretty much all it is. MSU saw that this isn't going the direction they want and have made the easy decision to take whatever the fuck this was to fire him with cause and then negotiate down to whatever he will take to go away

Honestly think this is bad for her business. She wants to be invited in to campuses to educate kids. Getting involved in a legal dispute with one of the coaches who brought her to campus is not going to help her get more invites.

I'm torn. Part of me agrees the other part of me thinks this adds to her "cache" as sick as it sounds.

It does seem like they were in inappropriate relationship territory. I think it's on the married individual to avoid that situation. Still, just hang up the damn phone.
