There has to be something and/or Mel has done enough shady shit around MSU that everyone knew he would do it.

He's fallen victim into the classic trap of not winning enough games to protect himself. That's pretty much all it is. MSU saw that this isn't going the direction they want and have made the easy decision to take whatever the fuck this was to fire him with cause and then negotiate down to whatever he will take to go away

How stupid do you have to be to have sexual relations with the sexual harassment educator? Regardless of if it was consensual, the optics of it are not becoming of the 2nd highest state paid employee.

Honestly think this is bad for her business. She wants to be invited in to campuses to educate kids. Getting involved in a legal dispute with one of the coaches who brought her to campus is not going to help her get more invites.
I would think she tried to avoid this result.

I'm torn. Part of me agrees the other part of me thinks this adds to her "cache" as sick as it sounds.
It does seem like they were in inappropriate relationship territory. I think it's on the married individual to avoid that situation. Still, just hang up the damn phone. Who wants to listen to someone they have no interest in sexually, jerk off on a phone call in the middle of the night. I don't get it.
