I feel like the top tier of candidates looks something like Urban, Gundy, and Aranda. After that I think that second group Turd is vetting are the less proven group of Campbell, Deboer, Kleiman, and Leipold.

Supposedly he was interested when we hired Riley. He also walked to the alter for Tennessee and left them standing. So I don't think he is anchored in at OSU as some might think.
