So another recruiting site update that provides the insight that the visit was good, he has other visits, it'll be a close decision and we have to wait and see.

The only qualification for the job is if you know how to change the recruits name and use copy/paste.

This one differs from the normal because they are acknowledging NE is a major player. He even goes down the road of saying that may not be true after the season because we won't do great on the field. It is pretty close to actually saying Nebraska may get a commitment this summer but in the end it will be Oregon or Texas. (most expect Terry to commit in August)

I took a couple of things from it. He doesn’t seem very optimist about Oregon’s chances, even going as far as to say “hopes are somewhat muted.” That’s a great sign for us. I agree with Carm’s reading that it almost seems like he’s saying NU needs to have a disappointing season for Oregon to have a chance.

Then he said Oregon “needs this in a lot of ways.” Really? With their class and group of committed WR’s? (Maybe they’re looking at him at a different position though?) I’m a little puzzled as to why they consider him so important.
