Actually, Terry is making a real distinction related to On 3 between the On 3 network itself - which he is saying is a news org - and the fansites, which are privately owned franchises with their own publishers which use On 3 supplied infrastructure.. His network has news channels for each team. They also get p[eople to pay to put fan sites for the teams on the network - example:
