On Wingo, Fong has a CB in for Texas. An On 3 guy (ND staff) has a prediction in for Notre Dame that's a little more recent. I don't think many 5 stars follow QBs to schools in real life. The schools that can compete for them all have good QBs anyway.

A&M looks like the common sense choice, but what a coincidence that he announced he will commit today on 7/13, the day Jacob Smith committed to Michigan. Campbell just set up an OV to Kansas in October at the beginning of the week.
