I think the last group of kids from Miami leaving had more to do with the last staff being a shit show than homesickness or any cultural differences. I know we’re all battered housewives and expect the worst, but adults are in charge now. Cam Lenhardt is a good example of a kid from across the country who isn’t jumping ship the first chance he gets. So is Ethan Nation.

True, but they were all getting significant playing time. So maybe they thought it was worth it to wait it out and see if things got better. “When Frost’s culture takes hold, we will improve.” Then it became obvious Frost’s culture was dysfunctional and they bolted.

Obviously speculation on my part.
