God I'm glad I don't follow recruiting until someone commits. This Tim guy tweets nonstop. I hate reading about 2026-2027-2028 offers. I guess I'm old.

It's hard to get excited about a bunch of random names I've never heard of being offered. When they start taking visits and we learn who we're really interested in and vice versa, it gets a little more interesting.

I don't know if that has affected my interest yet.
I mean, at best there was always only about a 50% chance they'd make an impact. So it's not like we've gone from 100% to 20. And saying 3 out of 5 impact players that we do sign is probably a bit of an exaggeration.
But I'm still interested in Nebraska recruiting and signing good players.

I don't pay much attention to the names anymore just the positions and areas they are recruiting. For instance apparently we didn't offer anyone in Florida until Phil Simpson came back. We also started offering a bunch of kids in Louisiana the last couple days another state that we haven't seemed to have recruited recently.
