I just had bojangles yesterday for lunch, id take cookout over it though. Yes I know they serve completely different food haha

Hit or miss franchise. I've had terrible excuses for biscuits at some locations, and soggy cajun fries. A good one can be a great breakfast, but I'd rather cookout as well. I don't eat much fast food though. Maybe a Zaxby's or Wendy's on a drive. I do get a craving every once in awhile for some crunchy tacos or Mexican pizza from Taco Hell. We got a Culver's here, and midwesterners I know acted like heaven had landed in the mountains.

Maryland is weird, my sister lives there. They say Fredrick Maryland is the official dividing line between the North and the South. Mostly a designation from pre-civil war times. Nevertheless, the northern/northeastern part of Maryland (DC/Baltimore) is chuck full of pinot grigio government employed libs, pseudo academics, politicians and poor black libs.

Parts of southern Maryland are redneck as it gets.

I mean, we owned a catfish pond growing up. Fried catfish is still a fave of mine. Fried pork tenderloin, collards, grits, fried green tomatoes, anything with okra, brim and gravy, biscuits, on and on. Anything cajun or gulf coast.

Everything in that post is terrible. Add in Carolina BBQ sauce.

The “Midwest” doesn’t even have a culture. Much less decent food. Anytime I ever found anything decent to eat in any of the flat land hell holes was in a black neighborhood soul food restaurant. I do like the women with that nasally whiny Yankee voice. Everyone looks alike up there.

The culture is hard working, being nice to people as long as they aren't assholes, family first. Basically being a good person. Iowans excluded.

Good catfish is OK. A long ways down the list on best fish but not terrible. Pond grown are terrible.

Gravy is good.

Blugill is one of the types of Brim. Saying brim are all bluegill is like saying something dumb (insert analogy). Pond catfish are cleaner (not commercial, but private) and therefore taste better. After seeing your Gaytor is bad post I realized you are picking terrible places for all of your food. I could've helped but you didn't call when here. Really, your life is a failure. I am very disappointed. You probably think white gravy is good. I am not ever taking your advise about anything going forward except how to clear up a bad case of bloody chronic hemorrhoids, because I can tell you've dealt with that before. I hope I never get them, but if I do I'll ask you 1st.

Jim is a perfect example of what a lifetime of not drinking sweet tea does to you.
