I’m gonna keep it simple on the grill and do some bacon cheeseburger sliders, brats and grilled corn on the cob. Fiancé is making a White Castle side and then making guest bring all’s/desserts.

Sometimes i feel bacon gets a rubbery texture in the microwave. If you’re trying to make bacon bits I find it best in the oven. Put the bacon on a mesh rack throw in the oven cold and set oven at 425F and cook for roughly 25 minutes. Can also put in an air fryer but i find its faster in the oven because I can cook a whole bacon pack.

Beer cheese dip, 7 layer dip, homemade salsa and a hot pepper relish/cream cheese dip

Maybe chicken nuggets or hotdogs for the kids. Maybe meatballs for the wife and I. Pro tip….what took 4 hours in a crockpot to get the meatballs done only takes 10 min (cooking time) in an instapot!!
