I’ve had defendants admit to smoking weed or meth on the stand before.

I’ve had defendants tell the Judge with a straight face that they only pee once a day so can’t do the UA today.

I’ve had defendants show up for Court but pass out from drugs/alcohol/sleep deprivation while sitting in the hallway waiting for their hearing to end probation.





I have NEVER seen or heard of a witness doing any drug while on the stand.
