If Haarberg was salty as an Option QB, we would know by now. He does not have the feel on how to string out a defense and make them commit, then pitch to our RB for a long gainer. He's just a runner, and a good one as a QB. But not a salty QB who knows how to run the actual option.

Kind feels like they've ran way more of it than they ever expected. Maybe he will get there

The halfback wheel route was open. A good QB hits the RB for a long gainer. The Berg is not a very salty QB. Tough and does some decent stuff, but a real QB he is not. But probably the best we have, currently, and sadly.
