She's Japanese 🙁
Confused Joe Biden GIF by CBS News

She's Brazilian, born and raised, but has Japanese mom and dad. They're not exactly known for their huge butts, sadly.
I remember when I went to Peru in 2016, the presidential election was between a Polish American Jewish guy (Pedro Pablo Kuczynski) and a Japanese Peruvian Socialist (Keiko Fujimori). South America is a pretty wild melting pot.

Took my second lesson today. Highly recommend anyone who has played for years and just tried to figure it out themselves to just take a lesson or two. Really learning a lot
Agreed. Did the same! Had my first one last Tuesday. Working on fixing a slice.

Anybody golf Ballyhack in Roanoke, VA? Couple of buddies and I purchased a stay and play package from Dormie Network at a fundraiser and we're probably going to pick that course. Unfortunately, Graybull and Dormie Club were left off the list. Also, any other good courses around there? Thinking about playing a different course the day we fly in.

I think going to LiV has hurt Rahm the most. He was #1 in the world pre-LIV. He seems to need more competitive reps and he’s
missing that playing sporadically a dozen times a year now vs past-prime (poulter, Westwood, McDowell, Phil) and disinterested competition (see Dustin Johnson).

Brooks has played well at times and has always been a major-focused player. Didn’t have a ton of regular PGA tour wins pre-LIV.

Bryson has kind of been the outlier. Has played at a super high level in most majors since going to LIV.

Niemann just isn’t good when it matters and his major record bears that out. Agree that he would probably have a few regular tour wins on the Tour had he stayed.
Right on cue, Niemann with an opening 75 (+5).

Greenbrier isn’t far north.

Cascades and The Homestead are also close by.

Pete Dye River course at Va Tech in Blacksburg

And in town (technically Salem) there a little 9-hole sand green course.

A few other courses nearby that could be worth checking out (see the map below), but those are the best options.

Ballyhack is awesome. Briggs ranch and Victoria National are super good too. Kind of hard to go wrong with any of them TBH

F him. Never has a golfer gone from hero to zero faster than Phil.

Always find the Phil hate interesting. Guys on the PGA tour should be grateful those guys left. The amount of money and changes the PGA has made since was a direct result from them breaking away.

He's extremely petty. I think he always has been but over the last few years has done a poor job of hiding it, like he did throughout most of his career.

Sort of. What the tour did was akin to deferred maintenance. They should’ve been anticipating the transition to a post-Tiger era long before it happened. Instead, they got lazy and allowed themselves to get cucked by the Saudi’s. They’re lucky to still be around. If non-blood money had been behind LIV most everyone would’ve jumped. And what did it cost LIV, a few billion $? In terms of buying one of the top 4-5 sports leagues in the US, that’s an insanely good value.

As for Phil, his schtick worked for a long time, but the mask eventually came off. He’s the epitome of, “you either die a hero or live long enough to become the villain.”

He's Cassandra. Right about most things, but not believed (except the Niemann being the best player in the world lol).
