Loaded question...like most, really depends on the day and how much I've been playing lately but I would say about a +15-+20 handicap

Find somewhere to get fitted that is not Dicks or Golf Galaxy, and look for a driver that is going to be forgiving. Ping 430 Max, but if you hate heavy drivers you can go with something like the new TM or Callaway max options. People rave about Titleist TSR2s as well.
