I can't support Kobe as I lived in Vail when the whole Rape Accusations went down there. Knew too much of what happened behind the scenes so lost quite a bit of respect for him. I was afraid I was going to get picked for Jury Duty for that trail. She's married with children now, and set financially for life.

I can actually buy that Duncan would be above Kobe for all time greats. Part of the reason Duncan doesn’t get as much love is because he wasn’t flamboyant and he played in a small market. If he plays for the lakers and has an out going personality people would rate him even higher.

There's always 2 sides to every story so I really only got 1 side, actually probably 1.5 sides as I did get info from officers and others involved. Who knows what really happened but I do know she originally wanted nothing to do with the money. They tried buying Katelyn off with over $5,000,000. Most people who knew them thought that she and her family were anything but Gold Diggers. She was an aspiring musician. Mom was a teacher and dad worked for the phone company. I knew all of the cops and most of the lawyers in town so privy to some interesting discussions with information that wasn't really made public. I also knew some of her close friends and their families. Many feared for Katelyn's life because she was getting numerous Death Threats that were proven 100% real. FBI even shared details on some plots to kill her. She was only 19 plus attractive but not without her own issues. Her friends were telling her to take the money and they didn't want to.

One of the reasons we were told they finally settled out of court was supposedly the District Attorney Mark Hurlbert told the family he wasn't going to have the financial resources to properly fight all of Kobe's experts, team of lawyers and specialists. Kobe was willing to throw millions of dollars at this to make it go away and Eagle County didn't have the budget to bring in all of the additional council he would have needed. Would have been an unfair legal fight. He felt they would find some technicality to get it thrown out.

Kobe was in Vail to see renowned Orthopedic Surgeon Richard Steadman about Knee & Shoulder issues including surgery. I was friends with a bunch of Dr Steadman's staff. All kinds of athlete's got worked on in Vail so not uncommon to see them.

The night of the incident Kobe was on major pain pills plus had been drinking. What we were told is she wanted to perform Oral on him but he wanted to get laid, and supposedly against her wishes he got laid. Some question if Kobe was even in the right state of mind during the incident to remember what went on that night. Sounds like he might have been pretty fucked up that night.

Doubt we ever know the whole truth. Last I heard a few years ago she was still trying to become an actress. I think she still only has a son but not sure if she is married or not.

The way I remember it is she came back up after an invitation from Kobe. Your story makes sense because Kobe supposedly stuck it in her ass. I remember him being a bitch during the interrogation saying I should have been like shaq and paid her off right away.

Actually was approached by a friend who is a writer about doing a book. Done some crazy shit in my life and still alive to talk about it. Once I got into the Music Scene in Vail it really opened up so many doors to all kinds of ultra rich fuckers that wanted to be my friend. I'm pretty low maintenance and mellow so the rich Diva Alphas don't bother me when they are throwing hissy fits or get pissy. Gotta know when to roll with the punches. But I also didn't let them walk all over me personally and wasn't afraid to make fun of them which believe it or not caused some of them to like me even more cuz most people kissed their asses all the time. Literally made fun of Ian Ziering, twice, and he asked to hang out with us. We became friends. I busted on him like I bust on my good friends and he said the way I treated him reminded him of how he and his friends gave each other shit. He's a good dude, fun hang.

I morally wouldn't feel right profiting off of throwing the musicians, athletes and celebs under the bus in a book. I have so much dirt on so many famous people. Plus it could open me up to possible litigation if they didn't like what was printed. In many cases it would be my word against theirs and they would have much bigger lawyers than me.
