Shoot, IDK. Some linebacker position. When I noticed him he was off the line and didn’t have a hand on the ground.
I’m not saying he’s the starter, but he was someone who rotated in with the 1s. I remember first looking up who 17 was because I was looking for Shavers and thought it might be him.

I've seen "it's impossible to recruit good edge rushers to Nebraska this day and age" many times over the past decade or so.

I got in arguments with people all the time about that since I was a proponent of the 3-4. Had to tell them how Gifford was all-conference at OLB and grew up 10 mins from campus. Then all the other great players too. Turns out you just need some good coaching. Harder to get elite DL IMO.

That's why I was glad we picked up Gramstad I think once he gets the offense down he will be #2 he's a little short but he's a gamer. Let HH be #3 and work at another position. And have Kaelin redshirt.
