People just get lazy and don’t want to deal w issues. The flip side of this is people often confuse conflict or disagreement with being a prick. There is a huge difference, the former is healthy and the latter is highly destructive. A good company culture will nurture and encourage the former and weed out the latter. High performs are mature enough to know that they need people to challenge them, disagree with them, to make the most informed decisions. Pricks? They are always the smartest person in the room.I mean who hires these people
