Christopher Nolan might direct the next Bond movies with Henry Cavil as Bond (2 Viewers)

Nolan is on record saying he’d love to direct a Bond movie. If he can do for Bond what he did for Batman, that would be great.

I love the Bond movies. I'd be happy with Cavil. I'd like to see Taron Egerton play Bond, I think he'd be really good. As someone else said in this thread I'd love to see Idris Elba as Bond, if they decided to go that route. I think he'd be really good and he's expressed interest in playing the role, but he's getting older now. But, if they decide to do a female Bond which has been thrown out there. I'm out. Won't even watch.

I was disappointed that Elba said he’s no longer interested in the role recently.

Exactly. What he did with Batman was basically legendary.

I would LOVE to see what he would do with Bond.

Egerton would be great. The Kingsman movies reminded me more of the Bond flicks I grew up watching compared to the Jason Bourne / Daniel Craig crap now.
