Michigan won today because they dominated Bama up front. They held them to 281 total yards, and sacked Milroe 7 times.

Bama's dynamic receivers were also evenly matched with Michigan's secondary. Even when Milroe had time, he couldn't hit on any chunk plays because Michigan was able to blanket them in man coverage.

After tonight, Bama is going to finish the 2023 season around 120th nationally in sacks allowed. The only reason they beat Georgia this season is because Georgia inexplicably had their worst pass rush in 7 years. Their Dline was pedestrian this season.

You stated Bama would beat Michigan 9 out of 10 times. That kind of take is fucking moronic. They weren't able to protect their QB and their passing game was almost non existent.

Bama is actually fortunate that Michigan played such a miserable game on Special teams. Otherwise, the game would've never really been competitive.

Maybe? Depends if we can display a program that can develop both players and coaches. We need an edge to attract players. Raiola is a great start but we will have to see how this plays out over the next few years. It won't be anytime soon though....but we really shouldn't be worrying about playoffs right now...we need to worry about being above .500 lol
