Candidates for the next coach of Nebraska

I used to be a guy that gave chances to these coaches. No more! These fuckers make millions of dollars for fuck sake! The nobody Indianus coach that rode a fucking flux capacitor generated DeLorean into town, with some unrated no-names and stood behind his words! I am convinced that dude is a time traveler, and if he had the cash behind him like Rhule does, he would be loading up the trophy case. Memorial stadium will continue to sell out, the money will continue to flow in, and until that stops, mediocrity will continue to be acceptable. I would have never even said that a week ago, but I've hit my jumping off point. Rhule just looks like a weak slob on all of his interviews now, and I think he's aware that he's done as well. I feel for the guy. Seems cool, but nowhere in his resume is there any semblance of being a proven, consistent winner. They hired a name, not a dog!

Correct, he hired his replacement. However I do think you send some feelers out just because he’s originally from the area in case he did grow up a Skers fan. No clue if he did or not. Realistically though I think you go after Kiffin as your first choice. Wave a LOT of $$ in his face.
I didn't mean we'd steal deboer. Just wanted to know his track record on hires

Not out on Rhule but officially out on Satterfield at this point.
Satt is dead to me. I’ve had his back until this recent stretch, that there has to be SOMETHING he brings to the table to get him to this point in a career.

That “thing” I’ve always heard/read/assumed has been game planning. That he can scheme it up, but just hasn’t been a great “feel of the game” playcaller.

And then I watch inferior teams fuck us rectally weekly, and I can no longer say he’s a great game planner.

UCLAbia did nothing new today. They were who we thought they were, and we couldn’t have a game plan that would expose their “overpressuring” via blitz…unreal

How the fuck do people still think a new coach fixes things? Have you been alive the last 20+ years? Nebraska football is done.
Pretty simple. Indianus goes from bottom feeder to top of the B1G. Elko steps in and makes A&M a top ten team year one. Brahm has Louisville taking out the top teams in his conference. Heupel has Tennessee top 10. Rhett Lashlee has SMU consistently ranked, won a conference championship last year, and they would wipe the floor with us.

The right hire makes a pretty fucking immediate impact. And for all we have improved, we are business as usual shitty fucking Nebraska.

I’m not saying I want him gone yet. I like Rhule until that shit show yesterday. But a lot needs to fucking change and change fast.

Rhule gets 300,000 deposited in to his bank account every two weeks.

Don’t feel for the guy for one second

He supposedly had program builder on the resume. The BIG is a different animal. You better have a good staff or you will get exposed at this point. The gimmes aren’t even what they use to be.

Hmmm... here goes....
Jeff Monken
Alex Golesh
Jon Sumrall
Bill O'Brien
Jeff Traylor
Dave Doeren
PJ Fleck
GJ Kinne
Chris Kleiman
Collin Klein
Will Stein
Robert Livingston
Glenn Schumann
Glenn Caruso
Brent Vigen

Idk....
Rhett Lashley of SMU will be at the top of everyone’s wish list…
