For the record, I was crushed between two kubota side-by-side's front bumpers. I consider myself lucky since the damage done was in the rear rather than front.

But for real, ice, donut pillow to offload pressure, make sure you don’t get constipated, alternate Tylenol/ibuprofen for pain and wait it out to get better. If bad enough might need to be seen for a prescription.
