I like it. Make it a crowdsourced/gofundme type of thing.
For instance, if the QB(s) don't turn over the ball, they get to keep the pot of money. If they do turn it over, then the pot of money goes to some bar on O-Street where fans get to drink for free and bitch about our terrible QB's.

For real though, can you imagine being a recruit at a game - WR makes a crazy play and you watched the video screen tick up to $75,000 while the crowd goes wild?

Sounds like a way to get players pissed over play calling when they don’t get the ball at the goal line. Got daym quarterback pulled the ball on a zone read when you could have scored as well, literally pulling money out of your pocket? The selfish nerve of that guy.
And what about linemen?
And is giving players money directly in literal pay for play with no pretense of NIL even legal?
