@CybrrMonky71 is complaining about bringing these big time recruits and simultaneously complaining about hidden gem classes. I’m confused about what he wants Nebraska to do? Not recruit big time recruits but also not recruit projects?

The Ohio St deal makes me think they did a final eval & realized they can’t meet a demand of skipping 2 QB recruiting classes for him

I think they are getting expenses paid through NIL. That goes on at a number of places.

I mean, I feel like that’s pretty obvious. Not gonna make a recruit, especially a high profile one, pay their own way for a visit. That and getting paid are not the same, IMO

Before NIL there were all kinds of stories about top SEC schools paying top-rated guys figures like $20K to take an OV. If these guys had to pay their way to UVs they wouldn’t be able to take many or only a few. You want to get these guys to campus. OVs of course are limited on number which raises the stakes.
