Win and they will come
No, I haven't seen any of the higher rated recruits with him so far. But at least we have a connection at the high school level and hopefully he will start working with some higher rated guys in the future.

Like I said above once we start landing a few more of the poly recruits and building the community the easier it will be to add more.

Yes. Like his mom, he is very interested in throwing for the track team in college. Hopefully our string of football players competiting and succeeding for the Husker track team helps us here.

This will be our third straight year of being a finalist for the top OT in the country, right? Maybe third time is the charm! Hopefully we'll have some success to sell him unlike the other two. Also unlike the other two, he's coming from a Nebraska border state (though the far end of that state.)
Yes, and Nebraska’s newish coach, St. Clair, is seemingly elite. Cantwell is a throws guy, and so is St. Clair. Having he and Rhule co-recruit Cantwell could be a real difference maker.

We were historically a meh program under Pepin but hope to be special moving forward. Look at B1G championship this year in JSC’s 2nd year.

And, correct me if I am wrong, we just had three Husker throwers (Otabor, Johansson, De Klerk) and a coach (Malone-Hardin) compete in the Paris Olympics. Not to mention Johhansson and Otabor have three NCAA national championships between them in the past two years. (We actually had a fourth thrower compete, Nick Percy, but he graduated in 2018).

Seems like that pedigree would be really inviting to a prospective thrower whose nickname is "Mr. Olympics." Not to mention that he'd have several other Husker football players as teammates on the track team.
Obviously, Rhule would be aware of all this and it has to be a real feather in our recruting cap.

If having an elite track program helps Rhule get recruits he should give St Clair some of the money from assistant pool so he never leaves!

St. Clair is an absolute elite tier throws coach. He coached multiple throwers into Olympic contention while at NDSU.
