A lot of things piss me off about this team, but the one thing that I thought wouldn't be a concern that is would be the WR play. The vertical passing game is horrendous. I'm not sure if Banks and Neyor are not good enough to get separation, or if Raiola isn't finding the open man, or if Satterfield isn't putting the offense in position to have success.

Out of the handful of things we have problems with, this concerns me the most. I fear that Raiola could one day just say "fuck this" and leave if we don't see some changes ..

McGuire is a 24 year old former walk on back up qb at Baylor, never played a down at WR in his damn life. Were you encouraged by his 2 years of being a quality control assistant at Carolina?

There were zero down field shots. The only thing we could hit was Fidone across the middle which was somewhat refreshing for once. Raiola was spinning and Satt had no answers.

Yessir. Either there is a problem in the personnel in the secondary or our scheme. We seem to give up some real easy completions. Got to see how we adjust.

It’s also clear at this point that there is a big gap between our ceiling and our floor.

Getting those wins will be tough. I think the only chances we have at wins are UCLAbia and Wisconsin. All the others are for sure losses and could get real ugly.

You’ll see other coaches elsewhere makes staff changes needed to survive and get better.

Callahan, Pelini, Riley, Frost and now Rhule all see overly loyal and will go down with the ship over making any real staff adjustments

in the SEC hes cooked at the end of the year, but our donors wanted him for 7 mil a year. and most on this board blindly sold themselves the idea he was worth a shit to begin with. He had one flash in the pan year at Baylor and a history of losing to good teams.

I agree. This staff and these players get paid enough to win a game or two they shouldn’t and after an ass kicking like today that’s the response I’m looking for from them otherwise I’m not optimistic that we are getting a Rhule miracle year three.

Pelini atleast gave us some hope at getting back early on. I never envisioned we would have the drop off for this long after firing Pelini though.
