Internally, Rhule has to remove Dylans ability to check on his own at the LOS. He is getting abused in the B1G and it's so glaringly obvious.

I was out before, even more so now. If Rhule can't get the team up for big home games like this or Illinois or be competitive in road games like Indiana he's not the guy.

I'm barely in on Rhule right now. Hanging by a fucking thread! Why he allows certain players like Dowdell and Griff to continue to look like HS players vs men blows my mind! I think Rhule needs to do a Dana White 72hr fast, get a fucking haircut and a shave, change his clothing choices to actual clothes instead of baggy-assed sweats - and bring the fucking hammer down! This team is completely mirroring him - sloppy! They all look and act like slovenly half-asleep cucks of the BIG! No emotion, as everyone they meet, takes what they love and fucks it at will, with no fight to take it back!

Half his staff were ridiculous hires that proved he had no intention of being more than average in the B1G. Has no elite recruiters or coaches.
How others were unwilling to allow themselves to see this from the get go still baffles me. He was the wrong hire and it shows.

Are you saying we should fire to try saving the sinking ship, or it's too late?
Let me tell you...Rhule needs to make changes quickly. 1st thing I'd do is make changes at the OC in-season. I'm assuming it's Satt at the moment, but switch to Glenn Thomas @ USC to see what he can do.
Then I'd consider creatively figuring out a way to get Haarberg in the game - did I just say that?
