Deion has a contract through the 2029 season that averages a little over $10 million/year. he's not going to be making that much with any bullshit job the Cowboys give him, and he won't make nearly that much if he goes the media route.

From everything we know about Deion, there's no reason to think he walks away from that money. He's going to ride this thing into the ground until Colorado fires him (which they can't afford). They will either try to fire him for cause, or we'll get a few more years of entertainment watching Deion and CU circle the drain.

Either way, this should be a lot of fun to watch as CU haters

Deion is going to make them fire him and get every last penny he can out of CU. CU will want to negotiate his buyout so Prime will probably accuse some people of racism on the way out to make sure he gets 100% of his buyout.

If I’m the Colorado AD I’ve already hired a private investigative firm hoping I can Sharrone Moore his ass by next season’s end.

Was it worth it? I guess if those things don't melt as he burns it down on his way out like the joker, some would say it may have been.

If they have the goods on Deion what possibly would be stopping them from firing him with cause and starting their rebuild? Deion is just gonna dig them deeper into the abyss the longer they keep him. I mean, if I was in charge it would be a no brainer. I don’t even care who is available at this point. Any coach with a triple digit IQ that actually cares about coaching and teaching young men will be better.

You know more about the situation than me, but I feel like if they really had “the goods” on Deion he would’ve been gone yesterday. CU fans can’t stand him anymore, so it’s not like the admin has to worry about push back. 🤷‍♂️
