We all saw this coming when the AD said after they hired Sanders that they didn't have enough money to pay his yearly salary. They sold their souls to get the attention that goes with Prime. I'm not sure how CU can continue to operate like they are with coaches salaries if their athletic department is so hamstrung financially. Plus I'm not sure how much NIL support they have from boosters. At least since Prime arrived they should be making more money from selling additional Buffalo merchandise.

a friend of mine grew up in the Boulder area and graduated from CU. He is a big sports fan but doesn't support CU. He's a Broncos & Rockies fan. Seems most people in Colorado are more interested in pro sports. He's worth 100's of millions of dollars and could give a shit about their athletics. Amazing venture capitalist/businessman. He started Yard House Restaurants and sold it for $495 million. Everything he touches seems to turn to gold but CU doesn't see a penny of it. If I had his money the Huskers would be getting the Top 2 Offensive Tackles in the Portal

Yea I have a hard time believing he’s leaving at this point. Wouldnt surprise me if Deion waited til the last second to retire & fuck over his players but doubt it.

I can tell you that when the Husker WBB team went to the NIT and then the NCAA tourney, the girls got gear from Adidas...not sure about the NCAA providing gifts but I know the equipment folks got tons of shit. VBall gets ALL KINDS of shit for going to the NCAAs.
