Those numbers seem way too high; especially for the Big 10. The Big 12 isn’t as good, but they’re not that bad.
Who in the B1G couldn't beat Cockeye St or BYU? Purdue, UCLA, Maryland. Maybe Michigan State and Northwestern. So that leaves 13-15 teams that could win the Big 12. I'll admit I went on the high side, so 13 teams in the B1G would win or compete for the Big 12 title. Big 12 is pretty bad.

If you’re talking about a one-game schedule, maybe 15 have a chance. I would add Nebraska, Rutgers, Illinois, Cockeye, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana and Washington as teams I don’t think would win the Big 12 this year.

Who in the Big 12 is better? Cockeye St, BYU, Texas Tech, West Virginia, Colorado? The top teams in the Big 12 are comparable to the middle teams in the B1G and the Big 12 is wide open to win.

Who do you think are the top teams in the Big 12?

Honestly there are 15 B1G teams and 14 SEC teams that could win the Big 12. There just aren't any good teams in the big 12, just a whole collection of average to bad teams.
This. And this disparity is only going to get bigger each year.

Take Purdue for example: everyone's like "Purdue is HORRIBLE." They're bad in the B1G. They're bad like a 4-13 NFL team is bad. But it's still an NFL team & still better than any other non NFL team by miles. B1G isn't fully at that point yet but it will be.

Purdue still gets $60m/yr from the B1G that they reinvest into their program. You can see by what they're doing at Illinois that Purdue still has good players, good coaches, etc. And they're the worst fuckin team in our league.

Watching a Big 12 game is going to be noticeably different than watching even a bottom feeder B1G game.

U are really overrating the big 12. They were better last year & may step it up next season but rn Cockeye state may win that conference & I watched Cockeye look like they were going blow em out for a half before Cockeye beat themselves.

Colorado could legit win 8-10 games & there was no question who was better between Nebraska & Colorado. Cockeye State fans during Campbell’s era always say he doesn’t try to win the Cockeye game cuz they start winning in conference play & it’s cuz every big 12 team is a bunch of bottom feeders with limited resources.

Is everyone mentally prepared for Colorado to enter the top 25 if they beat Kstate while Nebraska remains in others receiving votes?

Good to see Colorado revert back to a bad team, took the bye week to do it, but they effectively abandoned the run game again, only 19 carries for -29 yards, sack adjusted 10 carries for 21 yards. Can't pass protect, giving up 6 sacks, with She having 9 carries for -50 yards. Nobody loses more yards on sacks than Sanders. Then their defense forgot how to stop the run unless they sell out to do it, giving up 185 yards rushing. Shilo was back, which really helped K State's running game with a bunch of missed tackles, Giddens made him look foolish several times. Good to see them fall back to bad habits so easily.

They'll still probably make a bowl with how the rest of the Big 12 teams are falling apart, but at least tonight worked out.

Still took a missed PI call at the end to bail out KSU.

CU Prime will beat AZ, Cincinnati, KU. That’s 7 wins.

They might beat tech, Utah, or Okie lite - if they get 1 or two that’s 8 or 9 wins.

What a fucking joke for a shit team and clown program.
KSU got exposed. CU had multiple players go down and still almost won.

CU is totally one dimensional and as long as Shadeur is still standing, they will continue to challenge Big 12 teams. The Big 12 is a no defense crap conference.

Their D is so much better when Shilo is out. Unfortunately for the rest of the Colorado team, Shilo is healthy.

I've never seen an injury report like that, where you're hoping your own guy doesn't play. But Shilo is that bad.

I thought the 38-9 beatdown that BYU gave K State exposed them, not beating Colorado by 3. I didn't think K State was a good team going into the game.
