Fidone makes it official, declares for draft. I believe he still has until about February 7th to withdraw, if he wants.

I'm higher on him than most people here, but would be surprised if he has a better evaluation than UDFA from league scouts right now.

I don’t know how he gets drafted.

I’m assuming he’s not going to get a combine invite, so his pro day is it for measurables. He’s got next to nothing on tape at Nebraska that’s going to make me use a draft pick on him. (And I was a huge Fidone fan when he signed).

Chase the dream young man, but it’s a reach in a big way right now.

Best case he’s a UDFA and makes a practice squad, but I doubt it on the latter.

Yup. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s facing depression the way his college career progressed. Never really got a chance to compete healthy and at full strength.
