It feels like the Arky pitchers have a bigger strike zone than Hroch is working with. A couple of pretty questionable called 3rd strikes, IMO.

Hroch throwing a lot of low and outside and the ump hasn't let anything outside get the call. Wicklander has been pretty heavy fastballs inside, which are basically getting all the calls. Ump's zone seems off, but at least he's consistent imo.

It seems like our hitters were surprised by the calls, too.
But … it’s incumbent on the batters to adjust to what the ump is calling. Need to get the sticks going, though. These 1-2-3 innings aren’t going to get it done.
